SDA (Sustainable Digital Asset) is accelerating its presale, underscoring a growing convergence of renewable energy infrastructure and blockchain technology.

The presale launches on September 15, 2025, with a 20 million SDA token allocation available to early investors before a planned public exchange listing later in the year.

  • Renewable-driven value: SDA aims to mature into a fully regulated, asset-backed token supported by revenue-generating solar and wind projects.
  • Investor upside: Profit-sharing and long-term dividends from clean energy sales, plus governance rights to influence project development.
  • Equity conversion: A token-to-equity pathway enables holders to convert digital asset ownership into an equity stake in Sustainable Digital Assets Inc.

Timeline snapshot:

  • December 2025: DEX listing
  • 2026: MiFID II compliance target and initiation of real-world project financing
  • 2027–2028: Launch of major renewable infrastructure projects backed by SDA

SDA presents a hybrid model that blends blockchain efficiency with sustainable infrastructure, emphasizing asset-backed stability, regulatory transparency, and an equity conversion mechanism bridging digital investment with tangible company ownership.
